How do I cancel my subscription? ▾
Go to the app → Profile → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refund is given for the remaining period unless within the 7-day refund window.
My payment was deducted but subscription is not active. What do I do? ▾
This is usually a payment gateway delay. Wait 10-15 minutes and refresh the app. If the issue persists after 30 minutes, email us at billing@parikshapatra.com with your Payment ID from your bank statement. We'll resolve it within 24 hours.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Premium mid-cycle? ▾
Yes. When you upgrade, the remaining value of your current plan will be prorated and applied to the Premium plan cost. Contact support for manual upgrades if needed.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it? ▾
On the Login screen, tap "Forgot Password". Enter your registered mobile number or email. You will receive an OTP to reset your password.
How do I request a refund? ▾
Send an email to support@parikshapatra.com within 7 days of purchase with your registered email, Order ID, and reason for refund. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Is ParikshaPatra available on iOS and Android? ▾
Yes! ParikshaPatra works on Android, iOS, and all web browsers. You can also add it to your phone's home screen as a Progressive Web App (PWA).
